The staff in this office are so nice and welcoming! I went in for a consultation and met Dr. Ferrari who is also super nice. The reason why I can't recommend this office for service is because I felt like Dr. Ferrari didn't listen to my needs. I was there for only cosmetic dentistry, I have a regular dentist and periodontist. They said they do cosmetic work which is why I went. I was trying to explain that the last xrays I took, the ones they had, were not entirely accurate, I had gotten some work done since those were taken, but they were the only ones I had. Still, I was there for something else. At the end of my visit, I was handed a service invoice and recommendations of what they intended to do, again, based off old xrays. None of it was cosmetic. I understand they need a foundation to do some dental work, but I already knew this was not my case. If you need a new dentist then I might recommend this office. If you need cosmetic work, then probably not. More

Okay, so I have been going to KFA dental for going on almost a year now. I was waiting to write a review after getting a bunch of fillings. Because I'm being honest, I was terrified of going back to the dentist. But before I delve into that, I want to talk about how amazing and kind everybody in the building is. The ladies at the front desk are SUPER professional, no question is a stupid question to them. I have never seen them rude to anyone before. You know how sometimes in some medical practices, you can have amazing healthcare professionals, yet the front desk staff is rude and it kills your overall experience? NOT THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER. Moving on, my first visit they did a bunch of X-rays and laid out to me what work needs to be done and explained in lay-mans terms what I need done and why I need it. Dental work is expensive, so you can always go on a payment plan and slowly pay everything off. (also, I have a few fees I still have to pay, and they don't seem to harass you about paying them off quickly) During my cleaning the dental hygienist was super professional and made sure I didn't feel any pain during it since I haven't had a cleaning done in a while. They give you an option to put the anesthetic ointment on your gums. During my fillings, I went in terrified I would feel the novacane needle, they were really good at letting me know what I was going to expect and that I was numb enough before injecting the needle. They gave me a lot of good tips and tricks to cleaning and caring for my teeth and I would honestly recommend people I know to go to KFA dental. If you are still worried about covid, and want to know if there's precautions still put in place, the dentist and hygienist still wear their masks in the there all day, and they ask that you wear a mask going into the building as well. Anybody scrolling reviews to see if they are worth going to, I would say definitively go! It is worth it here. More
I’ve been with KFA dental for about 6 years now and the only regret I have is that I didn’t know about them sooner! Everyone there is very professional, caring, and thorough. The office is very nice, clean, and they have all high tech equipment. Everyone there takes their time to get to know you. The doctors, dental assistants, etc. explain everything to you so you feel as comfortable as possible with whatever procedure you’re having done. They never make you feel silly for any questions that you have. I used to have such anxiety going to the dentist and now I know I am in such good hands with the KFA family. They’re wonderful. I have been with KFA Dental for 8 years. I've only had the greatest of experiences with them. From the call to make an appointment to the visits with the Doc. Every step of the way, the KFA staff are professional, courteous and empathetic to your concerns. An emergency appointment needed, not a problem ever! I recently saw Dr Kahn for my emergency and he was patient, kind and understanding of my situation. Did a temporary adjustment to reduce my discomfort til my next visit. I returned to see Dr. Alderie who i normally am scheduled with. He always puts me at ease and calms me with his gentle nature. He explained what was needed and I never need to guess! I needed additional work to be done by their orthodontist Dr. Lewis. I have never been seen by her so i didnt know what to expect. The staff got me an appointment quickly with her within a few days. What a great experience i had with her and her assistant! Of course i should have known.. only the Best Docs at KFA Dental! dont "dread" the visit to the Dentist anymore!! More

It’s always a positive experience when I go to the dentist and this was not always true before I started going to KFA dental. The office is immaculate everyone is kind, friendly and willing to accommodate you in anyway possible to make your experience a pleasant one. It starts from the minute you walk in you are welcomed and it feels like family! They are efficient and have taken care of all of my dental needs as a result I am healthier , in less pain and I am smiling again! Victoria is my hygienist and she is so thorough, patient and funny! I have never experienced a dentist like KFA, the whole team is by far the best. I love their text messaging system for follow-up, or when you need an appointment, with immediate response during business hours. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone on the team. Every cleaning I have had these past few years, has always been nothing but great. Each of the hygienists have always been very accommodating to my phobia of going to the dentist, they have made each experience exceptional. Recently, I had my 3rd root canal preformed and Dr. Lewis. This has been by far the best “pain free” root canal I’ve had done. I wish I knew about KFA for my two previous root canals. Highly recommended. More
OMG! I am so HAPPY I found this Dental practice! All three Dentists are just Amazing. I have gone to All Five at different times. They are all Perfectionists. They will not release you until the job is Perfect in their eyes or yours. Their chair side manner is the BEST! The office is pristine clean. However, I am partial to Dr. Angela Ferrari. I had been going to the same dentist for almost 20 years and never realized how mediocre they were until I came to KFA. While one may laugh at the idea of “The New Patient Experience”, it surely is the experience of a lifetime. It’s the most hi-tech round of x-rays I’ve ever had. The hygienist, Victoria, was incredible and extremely knowledgeable. The dentist, Dr. Kreckel, was skilled and knowledgeable — she was very patient in answering all the questions I had and made me feel at ease. It’s clear the staff here is of the highest caliber. Also, the office and rooms are incredibly clean, which is important for any dental office. Weird to say I’m actually looking forward to getting my cavity filled this Saturday! More

He rarely smiled and that made me hurt for him. We had a consultation with Dr Kahn who was happy to help my son. I’ve been going to KFA dental for a while now...probably close to 15 years. I am not a very good dental patient. I actually hadn’t been to the dentist in several years after completely freaking out a few times prior and was in need of a bunch of dental work. They had been recommended to me and I very cautiously made an appointment letting them know that I had a lot of anxiety around dental work. They couldn’t have been better to me. From Everyone at the front desk, to Christine in finances, Deborah, Melissa, and the other dental hygienists, to dr Ferrari, dr Kahn, and dr Aldieri....they are amazing! I love dr Ferrari, as a person and as a dentist and she has been a godsend. I’ve had quite a bunch of work done over the years. They are kind, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. They have been wonderful w preventative care and explaining things to me in detail and coming up with a game plan so I know what’s happening when and they put me at ease. The few times I’ve started to panic...they were so loving and talked me through it. No judgements , just concern. I really can’t say enough positive things about their office. I have recommended them to so many of my friends over the years and my 10 year old daughter absolutely loves going there and looks forward to her visits! ( seriously she starts to wonder what flavor toothpaste as he’ll get to choose from a few days in advance)😂She is clearly a way better patient then I am but she has also started here and knows of nothing else and all of her visits have been fun and exciting! KFA Dental has been one of the best dental experiences since I was a young kid. The office is welcoming and beautiful and the staff there are some of the most amazing and nicest people I’ve ever met. Brianna was my hygienist and she literally had hands of an angel! I usually have sensitivity during a cleaning and I felt nothing! She was so wonderful I could have slept on the chair! To anyone with dental concerns in the midst of covid 19, I'd like to put your mind at ease. I went for my cleaning, with the wonderful Brianna, and was so impressed with the updates KFA has put in place. Special air filter systems and a device that pulls any airborne droplets is placed above you. The rooms are all cleaned and fogged fresh for each patient. They have taken every precaution for their patients and staff. I felt very safe and appreciated all the effort they put into making it a risk free visit. More

The staff, including front desk, hygienists, assistants and the actual dentists are all friendly and professional. They give the most comprehensive and thorough care I’ve ever had. I even took my 2 kids (ages 3 & 6) for the first time and they both had a great time. My 6 year old was terrified going in and she was happy and calm once they settled her. However, in this case, I am, and it’s not the platinum level of service from a staff that executes each of their roles with the instinct of a seasoned military unit and the precision of a Swiss watch which I found myself receiving. Nor was it the flawless care which I had received, utilizing state of the art equipment and bleeding-edge technology. It was the level of humanity that was provided by Dr. Kahn and his staff that led me to pen this review. I am a disabled US Military Veteran and after years of improper dental care in the military, I was denied dental care by the VA, which resulted in a futile struggle over several years. Things had degraded to a point where I wasn’t even able to eat, not to mention my overall self-esteem. Ultimately, my condition had degraded to such a point where I now required tens of thousands of dollars in dental work. My wife and I then went to an evaluation at Dr. Scharf’s office. It was at Dr. Scharf’s office where I fully understood the cost of what I required, which was to have my remaining teeth pulled and implants put in. The total for everything rapidly approached six figures, something that just compounded the issue. However, then Dr. Scharf reached out to Dr. Kahn with an Idea that would change my life forever. Dr. Kahn and Dr. Scharf volunteered to donate all of their time and services to me free of charge. Then just like that, I was reduced to tears all but collapsing into his arms. What do you say to someone who possesses that level of humanity? Someone who has a patient with a bill that is easily more than $90,000 and says, “Don’t worry about it, we’ll take care of it”. This man spent dozens of hours not only performing the dental work but also working the logistics of the entire process, including dealing with multiple laboratories in different states and time zones. We are talking about a different kind of human being here with these two doctors and their staff. Their gracious gift has driven me to live a more fulfilling life. Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Ferrari seems to care a lot about what you value in your dentist. I like the fact that every little procedure is explained to me simply, yet fully, before it’s performed. I hadn’t been to the dentist for about 5-6 years before the turn of the year, and, being a bit nervous (let’s face it, we all hate going to the dentist), they made me feel at ease. Also, the gentle dentistry claim has lived up to its name so far. I’ve had several appointments in a matter of a month, including fillings, and never felt overwhelmed in partial due to their gentle touch. The prices do seem a little bit higher than other offices I’ve visited, but you really get what you pay for. I mean, you can’t buy a new Mercedes for the price of a used Ford, can you? More

I’ve been coming to KFA since 2014, and they are the best Dental office I’ve ever been to! I’ve seen all the Doctors for treatment, and I’ve seen all the hygienist for my cleanings. They treat you like family and they take the “fear of going to the dentist” away!!!! And you have so much fun! (Who has fun at the dentist?!) come here and you will! A few years ago I found myself wanting more than ever to be able to smile and feel comfortable. I was plagued with dental issues all my life, from chipping my two front baby teeth to having my 18 month old sister break my front tooth when I was about 15. In between, I have various cavities and root canals because my teeth weren’t very strong. But, before my sister got to it I did have a great smile. Needless to say, I’ve spent much time and money in different dentist offices and had a lot of different advice and work done. I never left feeling great. This time I was on a quest to once and for all make myself feel happy. That’s where KFA came in. From the very first visit, I was hooked. I came here last week for my first visit ever and let me tell you this is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. Not only is the office itself beautiful and clean the whole staff was amazing. The front desk staff was amazing from the phone calls to actually meeting in person and making appointment everything was hassle free. Victoria took care of me for my first time and she made me feel so at ease and made everything super quick and simple! There aren’t enough kind words I could use to describe the staff at KFA dental. I have been a patient of Dr. Alderi’s for 5 years now. I came to the practice because I was unhappy with my my previous dentist and wanted a second opinion. I have had so much dental work over the years, and still have quite a ways to go. From the beginning all of the staff at KFA has been so accommodating and helpful from scheduling emergency visits to billing and financing. Dr Alderi came up with a treatment plan for me to help me reclaim my smile. I have been to many dentists over the years but none have compared to Dr. Alderi. He is patient, he is kind and he is very thorough. He takes the time to answer all of my questions, he explains exactly what he is doing, and he helps put my mind at ease when it’s time for a procedure or the anesthetic. I moved upstate and have found another dentist close to my home however, I still find myself a frequent patient at KFA. When it finally became time to begin my cosmetic smile transformation I called Dr. Alderi for his opinion. Next thing I know, Dr Alderi had transformed my smile. Dr. Alderi has not only restored my smile but also my confidence. During the quarantine I ran into an issue with an old large filling. Unable to get a timely appointment at my dentist close to home I called the staff at KFA and they were able to fit me in very quickly. Everyone is incredibly warm and friendly, the office is very clean and high tech, with impeccable interior design flair! The front desk coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and practicing doctors....essentially EVERYONE.... are all super patient and professional. They are very thorough with their consultations, will answer all your questions, and offer detailed explanations on treatment plans. They are wonderfully patient with breaking down finances for multi-step procedures like crowns and implants (I've had a few of those...) What do you say to someone who possesses that level of humanity? Someone who has a patient with a bill that is easily more than $90,000 and says, “Don’t worry about it, we’ll take care of it”. This man spent dozens of hours not only performing the dental work but also working the logistics of the entire process, including dealing with multiple laboratories in different states and time zones. We are talking about a different kind of human being here with these two doctors and their staff. Their gracious gift has driven me to live a more fulfilling life. This is the best dental office I have ever been to and I am sorry i haven't been going there longer. My teeth wouldn't be as bad as they were. But thanks to them I can smile now and can eat a normal meal. They have a very good staff and really know how to do things right and I would tell everyone to go to them first. They treat you right. KFA is hands down the best dentist around. I was set up with Dr. Ferrari for my first visit (due to my request of having a great cosmetic dentist) and I can truly say my teeth have never been healthier or better looking. All the procedures I have needed were thoroughly explained, I never wait for my appointment, I feel so welcome, and the atmosphere is like a spa (so beautiful). I am almost done with my Invisalign now, which Dr. Ferrari was amazing at setting up for my teeth to look exactly how I want them to, and I am already beyond happy with the results already. I just left KFA Dental for my first visit. I was told that my first consultation would cost $299.00, which if you have insurance should cover most of the cost. I learn about KFA dental from the radio station 106.1 long island. I have not received my second consultation, but I am really looking forward. I’ve been going to the office and have had treatments from both, Dr, Ferrari and Dr. Aldieri, and I absolutely love this office. I’ve had major work done and continue to do and couldn’t have picked a better place to get my dental treatment done. From my initial visit and up to date, I’ve received outstanding service and support from everyone in this office. I’ve had an implant, root canals, cavities filled, permanent crowns place, dental cleaning, etc and have been 100% satisfied with all the work they’ve done. This office is immaculate, state of the art latest equipment and while you sit to have work done, you get a blanket, tv and massage chairs!! Talk about being pampered!! Their front staff are polite, friendly and they truly make you feel comfortable! The dental assistants, Geraldine and Stephanie always make me feel comfortable while I wait for the dentist, during my treatments and after I’m done. Geraldine is friendly, professional and truly makes me feel like I’m part of her family! Stephanie always makes me feel comfortable when I’m getting my treatments. She is very friendly, holds my hand while I get anesthetics when she sees how nervous I am. Before, during and after treatments, both Geraldine and Stephanie constantly ask if I’m ok. Routine dental cleanings done by Victoria go smoothly every single time I’ve been there. She goes over all that will be done and makes sure you’re keeping up with your cleanings. What I love about the most, besides her kindness and smooth ways of making me comfortable the minute I walk in, is the fact that she makes sure you have your next cleaning before you leave the office as this has never been the case in other dental offices therefore kudos to her for making sure this is done! Christine, the office manager, goes above and beyond to get the maximum out of your insurance. She consults with you and let’s you know how much insurance will cover and makes sure your insurance benefits are used wisely and efficiently. I wholeheartedly recommend this office as I’ve had nothing but excellent service. Two years later, I have no regrets of having made the change from my dentist of 25 years to come to KFA Dental. Dr. Lewis and her entire staff are so kind, caring and amazing! From my initial consultation my worries of a root canal were eased. Between the consultation and actual appointment I had a dental emergency which they let me rush in within a 20 minute notice. During that procedure and my root canal I had absolutely no pain while the work was being done. Dr. Lewis was so soothing and made sure I was comfortable along the way. I even had no pain after both oreocusres and needed no meds. Highly recommended. More
This is an absolutely beautiful luxury dental facility. However if you don't have the one dental insurance they accept you better be prepared to pay big money. I was prepared to pay but after my appointment I had this gut feeling to get a second opinion and so I did. I was surprised at the evaluation that my second opinion gave me over the initial evaluation at KFA. The appointments were only a week apart so not much variance- but at KFA they offered to fill a cavity that I knew was too far gone. I expressed my desire for a permanent solution not a temporary fix and then they offered a root canal. I felt pressured to book the appointment. They didn't tell me anything else on the X-ray- but my second opinion dentist let me know about a cavity next to the tooth in question that was quite obvious. I felt very offended that KFA didn't even mention it to me. They just wanted me to keep setting up appointments to take my money? Also my second opinion told me that this root canal had a high chance of becoming infected due to the location of the decay. I was recommended to have the tooth pulled and look into implants to replace them- which is what I asked at KFA and was told not to pull the tooth because of superficial reasons. Honestly- I'm a big baby at the dentist, always have been. But I'm not an idiot. I understand they run a luxury business but they are doctors too right? I found it left a bad taste in my mouth knowing that if I hadn't gotten a second opinion I'd drop almost 4 grand for a root canal that would have most likely become infected and needed to be removed anyway. Please KFA if you're going to be a luxury business do the right thing by your customers-oops I mean "patients". I cancelled my appointment as soon as I got an honest evaluation and I hate to be negative but I really felt like this review was necessary. I almost got taken advantage of. I would recommend KFA if you have their insurance- and for routine teeth cleanings I suppose. Everybody is very nice there and seemingly professional. I bet they're fantastic with children. But I do not recommend this dental facility for diagnostic evaluation. Maybe if you have their insurance then cool but I just got the vibe that they're all about money there. More

Where do i start! I am so happy I found Dr. Lewis, looking for an endodontist is not easy, she is in a great location and the office atmosphere is amazing. I was in so much discomfort, she made sure I was fully numbed and out of pain, before starting the root canal and she explains everything to you before treatment so you feel at ease. During my treatment I fell a sleep, yes, I still can't believe it, that's how gentle she is. I unfortunately cracked my tooth while eating. KFA dental was able to fit me into their schedule the very next day. The staff there are warm, friendly, caring and literally held my hand through the whole procedure. Dr Dan Aldieri is amazing. Even though he has an extremely busy office, he sat and patiently explained to me that the tooth had to come out.He explained all my options in detail and answered any questions I had. As my fear built up about removing this tooth Dr Aldieri kept me laughing and reassured me the procedure would be painless. There is no need for laughing gas when you are in Dr Aldieri's chair. The best part of that whole day was that evening at about 9pm I received a call from Dr Aldieri checking to see how I was doing. I've never had any doctor personally call me the same day!! They have massage chairs, personal TVs in each room, good music, and if you're chilly they even have warm blankets! They also pay attention to little details such as offering chapstick if you're going to be opening your mouth for a long time. I appreciate little things like that. They go above and beyond to make your experience a comfortable and pleasant one. Another thing that the dentists at KFA do that is different, is design individual treatment plans for each patient according to their dental goals and needs. I went to KFA Dental two weeks ago for a cleaning & a check up. I don't like going to the dentist. And admittedly, I haven't gone in years. Despite my negative feelings, the second I walked into the office, an immediate question popped itself in my brain, "Is this the Disney World of dentistry?" (And I've been to Disney 7 times as a kid so I know what I'm talking about and have every right to question it.) The place is immaculate from top to bottom. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and decorative. The staff were courteous, respectful & extremely helpful. They also had bright smiles themselves, which is a good sign in my opinion. After a very short wait I met with Debbie, who informed me clearly of who she was (the hygienist), what she cares about (my well being) and how she plans to proceed. As she worked, she chatted me up, and I found our conversation to be very calming, since my nerves, in general, are rather high-strung. Dr. Kahn not only has been the most marvelous dentist but, his sheer professionalism far surpasses any of my EXPECTATIONS! Entering this glamorous immaculate office, makes one feel like you're in your own living room! Kudos to each staff member, they extrude warm and pleasant ambience! Initially, I lived in Massapequa so Farmingdale was fairly close to home- I moved into Queens, no distance would ever deter me from changing to a closer dental office! More

Despite my negative feelings, the second I walked into the office, an immediate question popped itself in my brain, "Is this the Disney World of dentistry?" (And I've been to Disney 7 times as a kid so I know what I'm talking about and have every right to question it.) The place is immaculate from top to bottom. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and decorative. The staff were courteous, respectful & extremely helpful. They also had bright smiles themselves, which is a good sign in my opinion. After a very short wait I met with Debbie, who informed me clearly of who she was (the hygienist), what she cares about (my well being) and how she plans to proceed. As she worked, she chatted me up, and I found our conversation to be very calming, since my nerves, in general, are rather high-strung. You really need to visit this dental office - it has the ambiance of a spa! Aesthetics aside, what impressed me most since my first visit was how everyone takes the time to educate me on all aspects of my dental treatments and care. I never thought I would love going to the dentist - well, maybe I still don't love it but since I started seeing Dr. Aldieri I no longer dread the experience! I am a patient who has a very challenging mouth...from having to have root canals to having teeth lost due to gingivitis because I was to afraid to go to a dentist for many years. Over time the problems have amounted and Dr. Aldieri along with my hygenist Debra, took this challenge head on and with full conviction. They made me feel confident that I could save all my remaining teeth, which is what I had only hoped for. Dr. Aldieri who worked many hours on me always made sure I was comfortable and in good professional hands. After any procedure is done I always get a phone call to make sure that I am alright. They are always available and are there for me whenever a problem should occur. Dr. Aldieri and his staff always make me feel that I matter!!! I would recommend this office highly. More

KFA Dental is outstanding. Going to the dentist can be a harrowing experience, but the staff at KFA go above and beyond to ensure their patients are well cared for and comfortable. First, the office is the cleanest I have ever seen. Also, all the staff- from reception to assistants, hygenisits and dentists are incredibly friendly and professional. They take the time to answer all questions and make sure you feel at ease. During my last appointment they went so far as to give a warm blanket since I was cold in the air conditioning. Dr. Ferrari is outstanding. I truly believe that she not only loves what she does but genuinely cares about me and my oral health. She remembers tidbits about me as a person and is so enthusiastic about her profession that she makes me want to brush and floss! KFA Dental is without a doubt 5 stars, A++- you will not be disappointed. More

Best dentists on Long Island hands down. And I have tried my fair share - given my dentist phobia. If you're scared of the dentist like I am, I would definitely recommend KFA Dental. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. I am amazed at the level of attention they put into detail: everything is state of the art, down to the chairs you sit in, which feel way too comfy for dentist's chairs and they have a massage option! I get cold if I have to lie down too long, and they have the softest blankets to tuck me in. There's TV if you like, but I opt for sweet air instead, and goodbye, dentist phobia! If you're especially skittish, they may have other sedation options, I have never had to ask them about any of those, and trust me, on a level of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst fear of dentist, I'm probably a 12. My dentist is Dr. Aldieri, who is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and constantly keeps up-to-date on his profession, but the other dentists at KFA are also very very nice. My hygienist is Victoria, and beside being a great hygienist with a light touch, who works fast, she is so funny! My hygienist appointments fly-by because she keeps cracking jokes. I definitely recommend KFA Dental to anyone. More
